Return & Refund Policy

Kamxg accepts eligible returns for car wash towels and auto detailing cloths according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, exchanges, and product-specific exclusions.

Return Window and Accepted Return Types

Kamxg accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, free of chemical residue, free of odors, free of dirt or wax, and returned with original packaging and included components when possible.

Return Method, Label, and Fees

Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage towel sets securely so the cloths remain clean and protected during return transit.

Condition Notes for Microfiber Towels

Used towels, washed towels, towels with soap, wax, polish, oil, road grime, dye transfer, lint contamination, pet hair, odor, chemical residue, or damage caused by improper care may not qualify for a refund. Returned products must remain in new condition so fabric texture, edge style, color, size, and pack quantity can be inspected accurately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, email support@kamxg.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the towel set, close photos of any fabric defect, wrong color, missing cloth, or package damage if visible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, send support@kamxg.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and supporting photos when applicable. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not send used or chemical-contaminated towels without contacting support first.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested color, size, weave, or pack quantity is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
